Sharon and myself first connected through our mutual love for music and music ministry. Sharon and Ted would come up from Florida to visit family and I remember working on special music for Sunday with her and thinking, “Man I really feel a connection with this woman and I don’t even know her!” I was ecstatic when, years later, I found out they were moving to Aylmer. Sharon and her extended family have made me a part of their family and have made Aylmer feel like home, which has been a God-send for someone so far away from their own family. I’ve always admired Sharon for her genuine kindness and care of people. She is a very sweet woman and I hope that all our rubbing shoulders have finally influenced me that way!
